Applications

To Submit your application:
  • Print and fill out Miss Rodeo West Haven Application (link below).
  • Submit completed forms and $50 application fee: 
    • By mail to West Haven City, 4150 S. 3900 W. West Haven, UT 84401
    • ​In person at West Haven City Hall, ​Monday – Thursday 8AM - 5:30PM.
    • By email to [email protected] and then call  801-731-4519 to pay entry fee (a 3.5% transaction fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions). 
  • Applications are due by Monday, June 8, 2026.​

Events

Horsemanship will start at 4 PM sharp at the West Haven Arena at R. Kenneth Baldwin Country Park, 2900 W 3300 S, West Haven, Utah. This is free and open to the public. We will begin with the National Anthem at 4PM sharp, followed by the 2025 Miss Rodeo West Haven Chelby Vantassel setting the pattern. We will then start the first round of horsemanship, where the contestants will complete Working Cow Horse Pattern 4 (see link below) on their own horse. The second round of horsemanship will start with Chelby Vantassel setting the pattern, then the contestants will complete Reining Pattern A (see link below) on a draw horse.

The Indoor Portion of the contest will be held at Country Weddings and Events, 3051 S 5100 W, Hooper, Utah. Dinner will begin at 6 PM. The contestants' Personal Interviews will start at 6:30 PM. Following the interviews, contestants will complete a Modeling Pattern, give a 2-minute prepared speech, and answer an impromptu question. Coronation will follow, and we will crown the new 2026 Miss Rodeo West Haven Royalty. ​

Dinner

Dinner tickets are $15 per person. The contestants' meals are included with their $50 entry fee. A dinner ticket is required to attend the event and must be purchased in advance, either in person at West Haven City Hall or by calling 801-731-4519. (Please note that a 3.5% transaction fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions.) Dinner tickets need to be purchased by Tuesday, June 9.
